What's new in this PR?

Issues

  • Introduce a feature flag to control database invalidation batching.

Solutions

  • Added db_invalidation_control_enabled feature flag on the Android side.
  • Wired the flag through Android configuration and Kalium initialization.
  • Updated Kalium dependency to include the batching implementation.

@Garzas looks like you are rolling back kalium to a previous commitish.
