What's new in this PR?

Issues

The network quality feature is currently accessible from the info button during an ongoing call. This feature should not yet be available in the Prod build and must remain behind a feature flag for prod build.

Solutions

Create a dedicated feature flag and enable it only for dev build for now.

How to Test

Open app build other than dev and confirm that the call details button is not visible during a call.
