What's new in this PR?

• Added a shared manual deflake id to the workflow summary so the GitHub Actions run ID is easy to copy into later deflake runs.
• Added a daily nightly schedule for Critical Flow Tests.
• Added one shared input-resolution path so non-manual runs can use built-in defaults without depending on UI inputs.
• Set nightly defaults to:
• latest APK
• internal release candidate
• @CriticalFlow
• auto device selection
• failed-test rerun enabled with count 1
