What's new in this PR?

• Updates Android UI test metadata so a single test can be annotated with multiple @testcaseid values.
• Fixed upgrade test selection so category runs only execute the matching upgrade subset instead of all upgrade tests.
• Kept nightly critical-flow runs scoped to [@CriticalFlow], so regression upgrade tests like TC-8607 no longer get appended.
• Updated the CI README to document the current selector, upgrade, and deflake behavior.
