Fix module id casing: LockView -> lockview

Foundry validates flag scopes, setting namespaces, and libWrapper
package IDs case-sensitively against the manifest id. module.json
already declared the lowercase "lockview" id but ~40 hardcoded
strings across src/*.js still used the old mixed-case "LockView",
so every settings/flag/socket/keybinding call threw at runtime
(surfacing as libWrapper's generic version-mismatch notification,
not a real v14 incompatibility). All internal references are now
aligned to the manifest id, with migrationHandler.js still reading
legacy scene flags stored under the old "LockView" key for
backward compatibility.
