fixed "cannot read properties of undefined" (e673dbc)

The depth passed to prosemirror's ResolvedPost.node should be checked so the
types don't return null. See
ProseMirror/prosemirror-model#24

Decided to make it explicit they might be undefined, but also just lazy check
with an optional operator.
