v1.0.0-beta.1 — OpenCode v2

First release for the OpenCode v2 plugin API (opencode2 beta, @opencode-ai/plugin@beta).

• /autopilot <objective> is now a plugin-registered command with an executor: the first worker prompt is dispatched in the same call. No model tool call and no session.idle wait, so runs start deterministically.
• Continuation is driven by session.execution.* events; the worker reply is read through session.context.
• Guidance is injected through the session context hook; permission mode is enforced through the permission evaluate hook.
• State persists in plugin storage; active runs are paused after a restart.
• New ./rpc contract and ./tui companion (toasts and the /autopilot status card).
• Removed: v1 hooks, the postinstall slash-command installer, .opencode/commands/autopilot.md, the PTY e2e harness.

Install: add "plugins": ["@withakay/opencode-autopilot@beta"] (or a local path) to opencode.jsonc. v1 (plugin key) stays on 0.4.x.
