This PR overhauls the look of the CLI and brings some of flue's branding (color and logo) into the terminal output. I also removed a bunch of logs that I thought weren't necessary to be printed.
It lists all the agents and workflows in the project, so for most projects it should look somewhat similar to the flue repo itself.
