This repository contains digital signal processing programs written in
the FORTRAN. The Resampler directory contains the original code written
by R.E. Crochiere of Bell Laboratories, Murray Hill, New Jersey 07914.
It is not my goal to plagiarize any of the author's code, but rather to
have this code available for others to use.
Most of the code is *not* open source except for any additional code that
I wrote to support my own applications. I hope that others wull have as
much enjoyment playing with this code as much as I had typing it in,
debugging any errors I made, and making it work!
