• Bundle 标识符更新为 net.notemd.app（notemd.net 反写）。
• 可执行文件更名为 notemd。

5.0.1 修复了 5.0.0 中因可执行文件改名导致应用启动后误入命令行模式、无法打开窗口的问题。请直接使用 5.0.1。
