Add reorderable frame strip and crop-frame inspection (v0.2.0)

- New FrameStrip thumbnail pane below the preview: drag to reorder frames,
  Delete/right-click to remove, drop image files to append (auto-resized and
  re-aligned). Frame order is no longer locked to filename sort.
- self.frames now holds raw frames as a source of truth kept parallel to
  self.aligned_frames; reorder/delete permute both in lockstep. All exports
  and the preview read aligned_frames, so reordering propagates everywhere.
- In crop mode, selecting a thumbnail (click or arrow keys) pauses the preview
  on that frame so you can verify the crop box covers every frame.
- Fix wheelEvent crash noise: alignment_sigma_spinbox is None (control is
  disabled), so guard with `is not None` instead of hasattr.
