• Internal restructure, no user-visible behavior change. src/bin/bw/render.rs (3427 lines) split into render/{mod,popups,sparkline}.rs — popup overlays (PR picker, help, form, notification picker, history, auto-discover rules, build times) and the sparkline renderer are now their own modules. src/bin/build-watcher/server/rest.rs (1924 lines) split into rest/{mod,watches,notifications,repo_config,history,auto_discover}.rs — handlers cluster by domain; the route table in server/mod.rs is unchanged. The dispatch_single notification path no longer duplicates the [branch] title … body assembly between RunStarted and RunCompleted; both now go through a shared build_run_body helper.

Removed

• Dead forms::FormState::open_auto_discover_rules (carried #[allow(dead_code)], unreachable since auto-discover moved into the config form).
