Inkwell 1.4.1
Full Changelog: v1.4.0...v1.4.1
Inkwell 1.4.0
What's new
- Files open in your existing window. Opening a Markdown file from Explorer, Finder or "Open with" while Inkwell is running loads it into the last used window instead of starting a new one. If that window has unsaved changes, the file gets its own window so nothing is lost. A file that is already open just brings its window to the front.
- Inkwell remembers where you were. Cursor and scroll position are saved per file and restored when you open it again, from Recent, the folder sidebar or the OS.
- Quick file switching.
Ctrl Tab(⌃ Tabon macOS) jumps back to the previous file. Press it again to flip between the two.Ctrl Shift O(⌘ Shift O) opens a picker with your recent files. Type to filter, Enter to open.- Both are also in the command palette and the macOS File menu.
