Supporting up to 1024 LEDs

Currently assessing implementation difficulties. Several EEPROM storage spaces for LED indices need to be extended. I'm optimistic this will work, however!

1200 LEDs are now supported on ESP8266 using v0.6.4.
On ESP32, the RMT method of driving the LEDs is very memory-inefficient because of a library bug. Therefore, only 600 LEDs are possible without running out of memory.

Advanced features like overlays and Custom Chase may not work correctly after LED number 255 yet.
