v1.5.37

The Android app has moved

As of v1.5.36 this release series no longer contains thingino-dfu-android.apk.

The app now lives at https://github.com/thingino/thingino-app, where it
covers camera Wi-Fi provisioning as well as flashing. Get the APK from that
repo's releases.

Renamed: libtdfu-android-1.5.37.tar.gz

Was thingino-dfu-android-deps-* in v1.5.36. It is a build input for
thingino-app, not an application, and the old name read like one of the
platform builds of the tool.

Contents: libtdfu_jni.so per ABI (the JNI bridge, libtdfu, and a statically
linked libusb) plus the firmware/ bootstrap blobs. Consumers need no NDK.
