Updates NGINX from 1.31.5 to 1.31.6.

Upgrading from earlier Edge 3.0 releases

The combined changes from 3.0.0 to 3.0.9 include:

  • NGINX 1.31.3 → 1.31.6.
  • Fixed automatic issuance and renewal of default server certificates under s6-overlay v3.
  • Support for selecting the certificate domain separately from the virtual host domain.

The certificate fixes were already included in 3.0.3.
