Optional automatic updates that wait until nobody is watching or recording.

Added

• An optional updater for Docker Compose and Unraid keeps Broadwave on the newest release. It checks nightly at 03:30 and skips a night while someone is watching, a recording is running, or a recording starts within two hours. See "Automatic updates" in the README.
• broadwave -update-check reports whether the running server is busy, for any updater that can run a check first.
