To support newer versions of `hardhat-ethers` we have to switch to the
new namespace, it's what Nomic is publishing under now. Only this way
ethers v6 can be supported.

Also bumps version to 2.0.0 as it's not backwards compatible (ethers
v6 requires some changes).
