./palc.exe --help (or dotnet palc.dll --help) for possible options.
Minimal usage: ./palc.exe -d <directory> (default opts: 256kbps, libopus, 4 max tasks)
Untested on other platforms (hypothetically, should work though.), only officially tested under Windows 11.
