Refunded items are not displayed

Describe the bug
The refunded products screen is empty even when there are refunded items

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Create an order with a few products
• Make it complete
• Refund a few items
• Open order details
• Click on refunded products
• Notice empty list
