• Shouldn't the Unable to fulfill notice offer you to Retry?
• Whenever a fulfillment is successful, do we wanna display a notice, and allow users to Undo in that case?

Ah yes, it's a typo in the blueprint. It's "Retry".

Correct.
Note that because the "Undo" is not possible for real (as the action can trigger emails and other plugin actions) in practice we wait a few seconds (the duration of the message) before submitting (hence, the Undo simply stops the timer).
