Blaze: Location search bar doesn't show placeholder initially

Describe the bug
During campaign creation, when opening the location picker, the search bar doesn't show the placeholder initially (tested on iOS 18.1.1).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to a test store eligible for Blaze.
2. Navigate to Hub Menu > Blaze > Create.
3. Select the Location picker.
4. Notice that the search placeholder is empty.
5. Tap on the search bar and dismiss it. Notice that the placeholder is now visible

Expected behavior
The search bar placeholder should be visible initially.
