[Split shipments] Display all purchased labels for different shipments

We need to display all purchased labels of all fulfilled shipments. We can either do this by:

• Mapping all purchased labels in shipment config to shipping labels.
• Or: Get all the labels from the order details and send it to the shipping label screen.
