[Mobile Payments] Update reader connection flow with new screens for Tap on Mobile

The reader connection flow includes images and text which are appropriate for connecting to a Bluetooth reader.
Connecting to the built in reader still takes time, so these same steps are shown. We should update the strings and images to show that we are preparing the built in reader, rather than making a bluetooth connection.

• Add new built-in reader alert provider
• Add temporary text and images for connections to the built in reader: Preparing reader
• Add temporary text and images for connections to the built in reader: Checking device support
• Duplicate and update software update screens for use with configuration updates
• Error state for no passcode
• Error state for no iCloud account
• Refactor commonalities between Bluetooth and Built-in connection controllers
