[REST API] Logout if application password regeneration fails

If the application password regeneration fails due to the URL validation, we should log out the user.

Android issue - woocommerce/woocommerce-android#8221

We decided to show an alert like this when we log out the user because of the URL validation error.

Update
We decided just to logout the user and not show an alert to maintain consistency with Android.
