[REST API] Invalid store address in `My Store`

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on the applicationPasswordAuthenticationForSiteCredentialLogin feature flag.
2. Login into the app using .org site credentials.
3. Navigate to the Menu tab.
4. Notice that the site URL is not right.
