1.3.0 — Chat sign-in and multiple accounts
Chat sign-in and multiple accounts are now available directly from Telegram.
- 🔐 Chat sign-in:
/reauth [name]starts the official browser device-code login. The one-time-code message is removed when sign-in completes, is cancelled, or expires. - 👥 Multiple accounts:
/accountssupports account selection, names, status, removal, and isolated credential/session storage. Management is limited to configured administrators in private chats. - 🔁 Optional auto-rotation:
/accounts rotate onswitches after confirmed terminal quota or authentication failures. It is off by default and does not automatically replay turns that already produced output or tool activity. - Preserve account identity across worker execution, restarts, and final-answer replay. Saved-account jobs require a compatible
accounts-v1worker. - Route background completion notifications through the requesting bot and chat/topic, with persistent delivery receipts.
- Preserve local report paths as readable code and keep real HTTP(S) image/result links clickable.
Inspired by Grok Telegram Bot, by artickc. We were impressed by its chat sign-in, multiple-account management, and auto-rotate design, and adapted those ideas for Codex. Thank you!

Upgrade the bot and worker together. Additional accounts require completing sign-in in your browser. See the account guide.
Validation: 564 tests passed locally, no failures; one existing Node 26 multipart test is skipped there and passed separately on Node 24. Dependency audit found 0 vulnerabilities. Public dependency and CI settings were preserved during cherry-picking.
