The wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#3425 issue affects Unsupported Block Editor test cases for Atomic sites as well (not just regular Jetpack-connected self-hosted sites). This change just updates the test cases to make sure this is known.

While fixing wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#3425, I noticed that some test cases were outdated and needed updating.
Some changes were because the Audio block is no-longer an unsupported block, and other changes were to update the known issues of the Unsupported Block Editor.
