修正 delay! 的 Node 定时器返回语义：回调和函数返回值均收窄为 Unit，不再把真实的 Timeout 对象误标成 Number；类型覆盖缺口从 15 降到 14。新增真实 Node 回调测试。

PR #50 与 main 精确 SHA 的 workflow #36287549682 成功。本预览版仅发布 GitHub tag，未发布 npm 包；严格依赖链仍固定 js-ffi alpha.4，避免纯版本对齐引入额外 Core/Router/Skir 变更。

Correct delay! to return Unit and accept a Unit callback instead of mislabeling Node’s Timeout object as Number. The type-coverage gap drops from 15 to 14, with a real Node callback test. PR #50 and exact-main workflow #36287549682 passed. This is a GitHub prerelease only, not an npm publication; the strict dependency chain remains pinned to js-ffi alpha.4.
