Projects Briefing turns a work conversation into a precise change that a person reviews and confirms. This local Alexa+ simulation uses Amazon Nova Micro through Bedrock Converse and a real Streamable HTTP MCP client/server. The model reads and proposes; only the browser can confirm.

The interface starts with work, prepares questions without sending, and separates pending review from saved decisions. Stale changes fail, duplicate confirmation applies once, and saving a next action does not complete work.

Validation: a fresh source checkout installed successfully, built, and passed 57 local tests. Earlier actual Bedrock validation demonstrated proposal, confirmation, persistence, an updated briefing, and cancellation. Later interface checks read saved actual results without additional inference. This is not a general model-reliability or hosted-service qualification claim.

Requires Node.js 24 and your own dedicated AWS profile for conversation. The initial local test ceiling is 20 calls/$1. Source, setup, and the six fictional work items are MIT licensed; credentials and private SQLite data are excluded.
