• refactor: one builder for both settings pages
  CreateItemListPanel builds the Sell list and Restock pages from one
  options table instead of two copies of the same code. The coloured title
  is one TITLE constant. The restock amount box now shows its default each
  time the page opens. Confirmed in game.
• fix: sell and restock buttons, alt-click source
  Alt-click only lists items clicked in a bag slot; vendor, Buyback and
  equipped items no longer land on the sell list. One UpdateButtons shows
  Sell after the opening chores, greys it the moment a queue starts and
  refuses a second queue per visit; Restock greys until the bags report
  the purchase, skips sold-out items and shows whole bundles. Slash
  commands validate item IDs, settings toggles redraw an open vendor, and
  the dead tooltip fallback is gone. Confirmed in game.

  Restock no longer buys on its own: a Restock button shows at vendors that
  sell items you are short of. A Restock settings page lists items with an
  editable amount and Remove. /be restock and /be list open the pages.
  Button tooltips list what the next click sells or buys, and the button
  row shrinks so it clears the portrait. Confirmed in game.

  When more than 12 sell list stacks wait, a button left of the search box
  sells the next 12, so each batch still fits in Buyback. Greyed out while
  a sale runs. Bag scan and sell loop are shared helpers. Confirmed in game.
• feat: vendor chores and search, first version
  Sells junk and the items on a sell list, capped at 12 stacks so Buyback
  keeps them all, repairs with an optional gold limit, and restocks items
  to set amounts. Defers to Leatrix Plus for junk and repair, and acts half
  a second after the vendor opens so other addons go first.
  The vendor window gets a search box that collects matches from every
  page, bag counts, and known marks on recipes. Settings panel with a sell
  list page, /be commands, icon, packaging and release workflow.
