- feat: item data table, works in any language
Data.lua lists what 333 consumables restore, generated by
tools/gen-data.js from the 1.60.1 game tables on wago.tools. Items are
looked up there first, without tooltip text, so the addon works on every
client language; the English tooltip parse stays as the fallback.
Checked in game: 0 differences against the tooltips.
