feat: add /br healthstone toggle
fix: read only restored mana from tooltips
Well Fed lines such as "gain 8 mana every 5 seconds" made buff food
count as a drink.
chore: drop Deprecated items from the data table
Removed from the game, so no one carries them.
fix: leave character macros of the same name alone
GetMacroIndexByName also finds character macros, so a player's own
macro named BR Eat was overwritten.
fix: warn about a full macro list only once
The message printed at every scan, so after every loot.
fix: stop rescanning after a failed spell load
A failed load was requested again by every scan, so one unloadable
spell kept the addon scanning twice a second for the whole session.
fix: use the potion while the healthstone cools
/castsequence only advances when a step succeeds, so a stone on
cooldown from the last fight kept the potion out of reach.
fix: leave Well Fed drinks out of BR Drink
The buff food setting only gated food, so BR Drink drank buff
teas and smoothies as plain water.
