No gameplay mechanics were altered. This release focuses solely on completing Pokémon Yellow compatibility while maintaining the project's vanilla-plus design philosophy.

This update expands compatibility with Pokémon Yellow by restoring renewable access to several Pokémon that were previously limited to NPC trades, one-time gifts, or Yellow-exclusive encounters.

This is a small maintenance release following v0.3.0-beta – Cut the Cable Edition.

Fixed
Restored the missing Safari Zone East encounter table.
Restored Bulbasaur's intended Safari Zone East encounter.
Restored all custom Safari Zone East encounter additions that were accidentally omitted during the v0.2.0 encounter rebalance.

No encounter rates or gameplay mechanics were otherwise changed.

This release completes the original vision of All Pokémon Catchable 151.

Every original Generation I Pokémon can now be legitimately obtained in a single playthrough without requiring trading, multiple game versions, or event-exclusive distributions while preserving a vanilla-friendly experience.

Added

• Level-up evolutions for Kadabra, Graveler, Haunter, and Machoke.
• Pikachu now appears in Viridian Forest regardless of game version.
• Moon Stones are now purchasable from Pewter Mart and Celadon Department Store 4F.

Improved

• Removed the final mandatory link cable requirement for Pokédex completion.
• Updated documentation, spoiler guide, and project changelog.

The next planned update (v0.3.1) will focus on renewable encounters for gift Pokémon, beginning with research into Safari Zone Super Rod encounters.
