根因
管理端已经根据浏览器语言自动选择界面语言。GitHub Actions 中 Playwright 默认使用英文，但现有 E2E 测试按中文控件名称查找元素，导致 4 项测试等待“登录”按钮超时。
修复
在 Playwright 配置中把 E2E 浏览器语言固定为
zh-CN，让测试环境与中文断言保持一致。验证
npm run test:e2e：4 项通过npm run test:unit：10 个测试文件、26 项通过npm run buildgit diff --check
