• Change: Editors use the business plugins: editors see the settings of WooCommerce, Rank Math, FluentCRM, Fluent Support, Fluent Booking and Fluent Boards, but cannot change them. The settings screens ask them to ask an administrator if something needs updating, and every save is refused on the server with that message. Settings screens with passwords, API keys or licence keys (WooCommerce Payments, Integration, REST API keys and webhooks; Tutor LMS's settings; the Fluent plugins' integrations and licences), and tools that export settings or change a plugin's set-up, stay for administrators (GitHub issue #907).
• Fix: editors see Rank Math's Analytics: Rank Math sets up its modules before SEO Pro Stack gave editors its capabilities, so Analytics left itself out (GitHub issue #907).

• New: Editors use the business plugins covers Fluent Forms: editors work with forms, entries, reports and payments through Fluent Forms' own permissions, not its Global Settings, Tools or Integrations. Sites that kept the default list of plugins get it; a list someone changed is kept (GitHub issue #905).
• Change: in FluentSMTP, editors see the dashboard, connections and email logs, and can resend failed emails and send a test email, but no longer change its settings: its screen asks them to ask an administrator, and a change they try anyway is refused with that message (GitHub issue #905).
• Fix: Organise the admin menu: in a WordPress menu the person cannot open (Settings, for an editor), the first plugin page goes to its place like the others; it stayed in that menu, which they do not see. Editors now find FluentSMTP in Communications (GitHub issue #905).

• New, on by default: Editors use the business plugins (Admin). Editors get WooCommerce as shop managers do (Home and Analytics included), every Rank Math capability but its Role Manager, and what administrators can do in Tutor LMS, FluentCRM, Fluent Support, Fluent Booking, Fluent Boards and FluentSMTP, with their menus. Nothing is stored: capabilities are added at run time, and manage_options only when one of those plugins' own files asks, so WordPress's own settings, plugins, themes and users stay for administrators. Roles (editors) and Plugins (all) choose who and what. New filter seoprostack_restored_menu_capability for the menu entries Load plugins only where needed puts back (GitHub issue #903).
• Fix: in Dark mode, the progress of plugin, theme and translation updates (Dashboard → Updates) shows light headings and dark "updated successfully" notices; WordPress shows it in a frame the dark styles did not reach (GitHub issue #901).

• New: Developer admins → Add unfiltered HTML… tells people who are not developers why their embed code goes: a block editor warning as soon as a Custom HTML, Classic or Shortcode block holds a script, style, form or other embed code the content filter removes, and again after saving; after other saves, on the next admin screen. It points them to the site's own plugins and blocks, or a developer (GitHub issue #899).
• Fix: with that limit, scripts, styles and noscript parts are removed with what is inside them, so their code no longer shows on the page as text (GitHub issue #899).

The server counts logged-in people's lists, from those they already had; visitors' browsers report posts joining their first named list or leaving their last in one rate-limited request each way (their lists from before 1.3.66 are not counted). SEOProStack_Post_Reactions::tallies( $post_id ) prints "12 Likes · 3 Shortlists", kept current on cached pages, and buttons() takes 'icons' => true for icon-only buttons (GitHub issue #893).
• Fix: Your lists shows each post's tick box under Select all, its photo beside it and its lines under its title, whatever list indent and paragraph spacing the theme sets (GitHub issue #893).
