Two small CLI fixes, both about numbers that had drifted.

Console

• bones version leaves a v1 lockfile's dependencies alone. On a package-lock.json written by npm 6 (lockfileVersion: 1) the command bumped the plugin's version and, with it, the first dependency's: that format has no "node_modules/" key, which is where the command stops looking in v2 and v3 lockfiles. It now reads lockfileVersion and, for 1, changes only the top-level entry. (#102, #108)
• The CLI asks for PHP 8.1. WPBONES_MINIMAL_PHP_VERSION still said 7.4 while composer.json has required php >=8.1 since 2.0.0. A test now fails whenever the two disagree. (#103, #108)

Docs

• The requirements now say Node.js 20 or 22+: the v2 webpack.config.js needs glob 11, which declares node: "20 || >=22", so yarn refuses the install on Node 18. (#104)

Drop-in for 2.0.x: composer update wpbones/wpbones.
