It opens as a window now. On a smaller desktop — or one reporting a fractional display scale, which a virtual machine does — the app filled nearly the whole screen on first launch. It now takes at most about three quarters of the desktop, and rather less on a large display. Making it bigger is your decision, and the maximise button is where it always was.
The reason the same complaint survived the previous release is worth stating: the code that fits the window to the screen asks which monitor the window is on, and it runs before the window is shown — so on Wayland there was no answer yet and the whole thing quietly did nothing, sizing and centring both. The cap added last time was never reached.

Install a .deb with sudo apt install ./BHUninstaller_0.2.8_arm64.deb — apt pulls in the two libraries it needs, dpkg -i will not.
Worth knowing
macOS: if Full Disk Access stops working after updating, remove BHUninstaller from the list and add it again. The app is ad-hoc signed rather than signed with an Apple Developer ID, so macOS identifies it by a fingerprint that changes with every build — the entry stays in System Settings looking switched on while no longer applying.
macOS builds are ad-hoc signed and not notarised, so the first launch needs right-click → Open, or Open Anyway in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
