Stealth forwarders concept + tutorial #130

Description

@truthixify

Tier: M (2-4 days) | Type: tutorial

Context. A "forwarder" is a lightweight service that watches a stealth address and auto-relays to a fresh one on receipt, breaking timing correlation. The pattern is not documented anywhere in the tree today (verified: grep for forward|forwarding|relay in privacy-best-practices.mdx returned zero hits, contrary to what a passing mention would suggest). Users building consumer wallets want the full pattern documented, including its own privacy trade-offs.

Scope.

  • New guides/stellar/stealth-forwarders.mdx.
  • Concept: why forward, when it hurts privacy.
  • Reference implementation walkthrough (watcher + relay).
  • Fee accounting: who pays for the forwarding hop.
  • Trust boundary: what the forwarder learns.
  • Cross-link with view-tag scanner architecture and privacy-best-practices.mdx.

Acceptance.

  • Reference implementation runs on futurenet
  • Renders in mint dev
  • Passes Compile docs snippets CI
  • Reviewed by SDK maintainer for privacy accuracy
  • Nav entry under Guides

Files. guides/stellar/stealth-forwarders.mdx (new), guides/privacy-best-practices.mdx, docs.json.
