Problem

Publish the merged D99 proposal-only convergence convoy fix from #325 as a revision-stamped patch release for the fresh conv-26 validation run.

Scope

  • Bump the package and lockfile version to 0.7.2.
  • Point the Compose application image at ghcr.io/writeitai/remember-stack:0.7.2.
  • Update README and public docs release references to v0.7.2.

No application logic, schema, configuration contract, or PostgreSQL base tag changes are introduced in this release PR.

Important decision

The release contains #325's narrow throughput fix. Claude's REQUEST_CHANGES verdict and unresolved tail-liveness/review-queue/observability findings are preserved in design/reviews/REVIEW_claude_opus_d99_proposal_coalescing_2026-08-28.md for a follow-up, per operator direction to merge and release regardless of that verdict.

Sources inspected

Validation

  • uv lock --check
  • packaging/release smoke tests: 4 passed
  • docker compose config --quiet
  • website TypeScript typecheck
  • uv build to an explicit /tmp output directory
  • built wheel metadata reports Version: 0.7.2
  • no local Docker image build

Limitations / follow-up

  • Publish via the protected v0.7.2 tag workflow after merge.

  • Verify PyPI, GHCR app, multi-architecture PostgreSQL image, and GitHub Release.

  • Re-run LoCoMo conv-26 from a fresh store on the exact published images.

  • I have read and agree to the RememberStack Contributor License Agreement v1.0.
