Commitments and Printables
These materials are voluntary tools for communication and self-governance. None is a lease, tenancy, private-property authorization, legal defense, safety guarantee, or protection from enforcement.
The occupant voluntarily commits to bag and dispose of waste, keep sidewalks/curb ramps/doorways/fire lanes clear, reduce noise during agreed quiet hours, avoid unsafe flames, secure pets, and communicate about concerns when safe. The placard and QR sticker point to this standard. Do not put a name, phone, recovery code, medical information, or exact location on them.
A business/property representative may document a specific area, dates, conditions, access to agreed facilities, and copies retained by both sides. The signer must have authority; the form does not override zoning, fire, health, accessibility, employment, insurance, landlord, or other legal requirements.
Groups may write voluntary commitments for supplies, waste/sharps, quiet hours, privacy, and conflict pauses. No one must join, disclose a diagnosis, surrender belongings, or accept unsafe mediation. Threats, violence, fire, weapons, exploitation, and medical emergencies require safety and appropriate emergency or outreach response.
Keep health cards and document trackers private. Verify service hours and rules before travel. Print in large type when possible, offer translations and read-aloud support, and provide an accessible digital alternative.
On Record is a prototype. Do not enter real protected information. Guidance should be reviewed before each pilot or distribution. Return to Home · Report a security issue
