Discussion prompts

Discussions should produce decisions, not extract personal stories. Never post real names, dates of birth, ZIP codes, recovery material, exact locations, health details, or protected provider data.

  1. What is the smallest governed pilot that would reduce friction?
  2. What typography, language, and replacement process make a recovery card usable?
  3. Which fields belong public, private, or nowhere?
  4. How can mutual aid be moderated without harassment or voyeurism?
  5. What context makes provider response visibility fair and useful?
  6. What must work on borrowed phones, kiosks, paper, and screen readers?
  7. Which HMIS/victim-service data must never cross the boundary?

Close each thread with the decision, owner, review date, unresolved risks, and a link to the resulting change. Keep participation voluntary and accessible.
