Discussions should produce decisions, not extract personal stories. Never post real names, dates of birth, ZIP codes, recovery material, exact locations, health details, or protected provider data.
- What is the smallest governed pilot that would reduce friction?
- What typography, language, and replacement process make a recovery card usable?
- Which fields belong public, private, or nowhere?
- How can mutual aid be moderated without harassment or voyeurism?
- What context makes provider response visibility fair and useful?
- What must work on borrowed phones, kiosks, paper, and screen readers?
- Which HMIS/victim-service data must never cross the boundary?
Close each thread with the decision, owner, review date, unresolved risks, and a link to the resulting change. Keep participation voluntary and accessible.
- Announcements: maintainer decisions and release notes.
- Pilot Design: the smallest safe governed pilot and stop conditions.
- Community Experience: lived-experience, accessibility, paper, and field feedback.
- Safety & Privacy: public/private boundaries, moderation, recovery, and threat modeling.
- Provider & Government Practice: provider workflows, accountability, HMIS, and coordination.
- Ideas & Improvements: proposals with benefits, harms, owner, and stop rule.
- Q&A: maintainer explanations of the prototype and handbook.
On Record is a prototype. Do not enter real protected information. Guidance should be reviewed before each pilot or distribution. Return to Home · Report a security issue
