The writing surface now behaves like Obsidian's live preview.

Markdown markers (**, *, `, […](…), #) stay hidden except around the span the caret is in or touching, where they reappear dimmed so you can edit the source
Inline code hides its backticks like the other spans
Headings scale from H1 down to H6; emphasis inside a heading keeps the heading's size
Debug builds work again on macOS's stock bash

Install or upgrade with Homebrew: brew install --cask wsoule/tap/write-md
