  • TAP-658 — CB history capped at 200 entries; unbounded jq append was an OOM risk on long campaigns
  • TAP-661 — ralph-upgrade now validates each hook with bash -n before overwriting; rolls back on failure
  • TAP-662 — SDK cost tracker logs a WARN and abstains (rather than recording $0) when token counts are missing from JSONL
  • TAP-659 — Webhook JSON escape switched from sed to jq --arg (injection-safe)
  • TAP-657 — CI actions upgraded: checkout + setup-node v3 → v4
  • TAP-656 — Corrupt duplicate hook entries removed from .claude/settings.json

Upgrading

cd ~/.ralph  # or your Ralph source checkout
./install.sh

Then run ralph-upgrade in each managed project to sync hooks.
