Release list
v0.2.3 — Separate realignment and owner pauses
Drift recovery now emits GOAL REALIGNMENT REQUIRED. GOAL PAUSED remains reserved for an explicit owner pause, keeping recovery and owner intent distinct.
- Update the skill, contract, drift reference, examples, preview diagram, and both README versions consistently.
- Record the merged Agent Skill Exchange submission and preserve the submitted-version evidence for other directories.
- Credit Gagan Chawla for the clarification in Agent Skill Exchange commit 94cd5ce.
Validation: skill-creator quick_validate.py, Skills CLI discovery (npx --yes skills add . --list), and Git whitespace checks passed.
GitHub Actions validation passed for commit f5ee765.
v0.2.2 — English case study
Keep the Factory Town Idle case study and field-note body in English. Localized documentation now links directly to the English case study.
Validation: 33 local documentation targets and Git whitespace checks pass.
v0.2.1 — A real multi-day game case
This documentation update adds an inspected Factory Town Idle Godot case, covering October 13–17 analysis, playable systems, and a 0.49 local candidate with Mac and Android packages. The complete recreation Goal was still active at the recorded checkpoint.
What changed
- Add a case study, delivery timeline, and sanitized evidence summary.
- Show concrete verification choices: reuse 1,983 comparisons while their core inputs still match, then renew affected checks after the research-material rule changes.
- Update the English/Chinese introduction and ready-to-post copy with the identified case.
- Distinguish the maintainer’s estimated 60+ hour workflow from dated checkpoints, active compute duration, and full-game completion.
- Clarify video provenance: the existing public demo shows a separate Moonlit Kingdom recording.

Validation
Local documentation targets, JSON identities/counts, the public-case privacy scan, and Git whitespace checks pass. This patch updates documentation and provenance; the v0.2.0 skill contract and rendered demo are retained.
v0.2.0 — Proportional verification and real-use demos
Goal drafts now distinguish focused iteration checks from required phase and delivery validation. Results remain reusable while their relevant inputs match, and reruns identify the change or new evidence that requires them. Explicit acceptance requirements still apply.
What changed
- Add a verification strategy to drafts, previews, templates, and coding examples.
- Record source/artifact context, refresh dependent checks when artifacts change, and bound expensive commands.
- Expand the English and Chinese introductions with practical effects, game-development prompts, and real-use field notes.
- Add a 36-second bilingual, silent demonstration and a lightweight animated README excerpt.
- Document direct installation, skills.sh discovery, and curated-list submission.

Full 1080p MP4 · Field notes · Video source and provenance
The maintainer reports a game-development workflow of more than 60 hours from the initial request through development and delivery. This is a field report, not a controlled benchmark. The video separately identifies the real Moonlit Kingdom gameplay excerpt and the illustrated Goal loop.
