When a reachable runtime assignment uses a nonconstant index, this treats its null index as matching every persisted index. For example, if compiletime code stores an unsupported timer at source[0] while init executes source[runtimeIndex] = CreateTimer() with runtimeIndex == 1, compilation only warns and drops index 0, so runtime observes null there. Fresh evidence after the earlier index-tracking fix is this wildcard comparison; retain the hard diagnostic unless the runtime write can be proven to restore the affected entry.

Adds runtime migration for explicitly initialized global array state produced by compiletime functions, including nested arrays, with deterministic emission. Documents the behavior and adds compiletime array plus generic-object translation coverage.
