What's new

Added a native About scrcpy-launcher dialog showing the launcher version, bundled scrcpy version, GPL-3.0-only license, and project link.
Added a user-initiated Check for updates… command.
Update checks run in the background so the tray remains responsive.
Update checks are bounded and never download or install software.

Verification

217 automated tests passed.
Dependency security policy passed.
Installer and portable lifecycle verification passed.
Installer upgrade, configuration preservation, About, update checking, and portable operation were manually tested.

Downloads are not Authenticode signed. Verify the matching SHA-256 file before running the installer or extracting the portable package.
