v0.1.1-alpha patch release.

Changes:

Fixes settings-driven weather refresh after city, weather Host/Key, or indoor sensor config changes.
Prevents Settings from overwriting a city selected in the city picker.
Releases WeatherService HTTP connections after weather fetch and city search.
Bumps Android versionCode to 2 and versionName to 0.1.1-alpha.
