ClipLite 1.4.0 improves image detail previews with cursor-centered zoom, drag panning, and on-demand original-image loading. It also improves large-image decoding, preview resource cleanup, single-instance command forwarding, and thumbnail-cache reliability.

List previews are paused while the filter menu is open. A top-level filter option opens its submenu only when the pointer is still over that option, so quickly passing over it does not trigger an accidental submenu.

The packages include bilingual READMEs, the user guide, and changelogs.
