Message Delay Feature

Messages are now able to be sent with a delay based on tick times, as well as some config bug fixes.

AutoUpdate Fix

Whoops, forgot to add the resource ID to the plugin after updating it. It should work now.

LoginMessage Initial Release

First Release of LoginMessage, containing the following features:

• Custom MOTD's assigned by permission node!
• Custom First Time Message separate from the other messages!
• Automated Update Checker so you won't forget!

Accepting Feature requests, as I did not personally have any further ideas for this plugin.
